Terms of Service

By creating an account, activating a Reset Ring, or otherwise using THE RESET™ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

Each Reset Ring can be claimed by one account. Once a ring is activated it is linked to that account until you release or transfer it.

You keep ownership of everything you add — your promise, missions, “why” photos, reminder videos, prayers, and reflections. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you so the Service can function.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

THE RESET™ is a personal accountability and reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional treatment.

If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., or call 911 or your local emergency number.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer the app, scrape content, or use the Service to harass anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We are actively building THE RESET™ and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
